Geodetic services

From setting out a property to drone surveying — the full range of geodetic measurements, with dual-frequency GPS receivers, total stations and our own TG Cad software.

A building without construction papers, built before 31.03.2001, can be legalised if it meets the requirements of the Spatial Development Act. We prepare the geodetic survey with which the tolerance certification procedure starts before the municipality.
A detailed survey of the property: terrain, vegetation, surrounding buildings with heights and party walls, fences and visible infrastructure. The result is a geodetic survey in digital and graphic form — a ready basis for design.
A detailed survey of the entire area covered by the plan — the basis on which a regulation plan, construction plan or detailed working plan is prepared or amended.
Precise measurements of transformer stations, shafts, water mains, sewerage, gas pipelines, cable networks, bridges, towers and façades — with data on verticality, horizontality, deformations and deviations, in digital and printed form.
We mark the boundary points of the property on the ground with permanent markers — when erecting a fence, in a boundary dispute or at the owner’s request. The setting out is carried out in the presence of the owner or their representative.
Placing the building exactly on the spot foreseen by the design is critical — deviations can block commissioning and, in extreme cases, lead to removal of the construction. We set out the axes and the outline points of the building with high precision.
We determine and control the spatial position of the building or facility and their structural elements throughout the entire construction — relative to the property, the neighbouring buildings and the regulation boundaries.
Surveying the terrain with an unmanned aerial vehicle: a digital terrain model, an orthophoto plan, a 3D model of a building with its adjacent terrain, or volumes of excavations and embankments. When higher precision is needed, it is combined with classical geodetic measurements.
The designs under the Geodesy part according to Ordinance No. 4/21.05.2001: vertical layout, setting-out plan and earth mass cartogram — they provide the access, the drainage and the overall solution for the terrain.
A detailed solution for the longitudinal and cross slopes of the streets and the directions of water run-off: longitudinal and cross profiles, a vertical planning scheme, an earth mass cartogram and a reference plan.
We survey the terrain before and after the earthworks and create digital models from which the exact volumes are calculated — an earth mass cartogram for the design and for reporting the completed works.
